SHAMON KURESHI

A FRESH POINT OF VIEW

…my camera can see things that I can't see.

"I bought my first Harley in the summer of 2004.  They said it was made to fly in the wind, and in those days I had time to find out for sure.

One night I came across an abandoned factory on the side of the highway so I pulled over to check it out. The old bricks and mortar kind of sparkled in the moonlight, so I decided to take a photograph. Then I looked up and saw the stars like I had never seen them before, they were bright and pensive and curious.  They looked back at me with the same quiet intensity as those fans in the cheap seats at Yankees Stadium.  I decided to photograph them too.

Then it happened; I realized my camera could see things that I myself could not see - and that friends, is how this story began.

Thank you very much for your interest in my work."
